Curriculum
Key Stage 3

Students work on a rotational basis at Key Stage 3 (Year 7 and 8) with Design Technology, Food Technology and ICT.

At the end of Year 8, students can choose to carry on with Photography as a GCSE option.

Key Stage 4

Key Stage 4 runs through Years 9, 10 and 11.
GCSE students will study the OCR Photography Course.

Subject Specific Equipment

You are expected to bring the following equipment to all Photography lessons:

  • USB (to store your digital work).
  • SD card (to store your images).
  • Black/Blue Pen for normal written work.
  • Green pen for self/peer assessment.
  • Pencil, sharpener and rubber.
  • Photography packs can be purchased via ParentPay by Year 9-13 students. These include an SD card, SD card reader and a USB storage device.
