- This year, students will complete their Portfolio project responding to the theme ‘Distortion’, ‘Moments in Time’ or ‘Surroundings’. The Portfolio is 60% of the overall grade and is marked using the assessment objectives below.
- The project will conclude in the Autumn Term of Year 11 with students creating their final piece during the mock exam.

Subject Overview:
Students in Year 10 have 3 Art lessons each week.
In Year 10, students have 1 piece of homework set every week.
Assessments:
Students undergo a sustained supervised period 'mock' exam over an entire day in the Summer Term. This experience provides students with knowledge on how the environment for the final assessment will feel like.
