  • This year, pupils will begin their portfolio projects using the theme ˜'Order and Disorder'
  • Students will carry out a series of fortnightly workshops where they will learn new skills centred around Adobe Photoshop, physical manipulation, and composition. Each workshop will be focussed on an artist/photographer
  • This unit enables pupils to apply/develop all of the techniques and processes that they enjoyed in their foundation year
  • This project is worth 60% of their overall grade

Students in Year 10 have 3 Photography lessons each week.

In Year 10, students have 1 piece of homework set every week.

Assessments:

Students spend most of the year working on their digital portfolio. Student portfolios are assessed regularly by the teacher who gives feedback to the students.

In the Summer Term, students sit a whole day practical exam..
